What I did for my internship was that I decided to do peer court, and the reason I decided to do peer court was because for my future job I want to be a Lawyer and I thought that this would be a great experience to see how my future job might be in some sort of way. And what we did in peer court was that first we had to go to training for three days up to the mountains were we took classes that would teach us how to do everything when we got real cases, we took classes where we learned about discrimination and we also had classes that involved activities where we had to put our trust into our team members. What that class was for is so that when it got to the point of being on panel we could trust each other into all making the right decision on the case that we got. We also got some practice cases so that we would get a sense of what it was going to be like so that we could be prepared for basically anything that came at us. Once we were done with our training we finally go the chance to get some real cases and begin helping people.
